Cancellation Policy

Please note that any modifications or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may be unable to accommodate your request as the order might already be in processing. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items returned in their original packaging. However, we do not issue refunds for used, worn, or damaged items due to regular or improper use. If you return an unauthorised item without a valid reason or after the 30-day period, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To initiate a return, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. All returns must be approved by our team before the item is sent back. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please include your order number and sender name on the return package to ensure swift processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, we may take up to 10 business days to inspect the item(s). If the returned item(s) are confirmed to be in good condition, please allow up to 40 business days from the confirmation date for your refund to be processed. If you have not received your refund after confirmation and successful processing, please contact your financial institution.

We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear or misuse.

All refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD), as per the original purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for any fees related to foreign currency conversion or exchange rates.

Product Concerns

We take product safety seriously and encourage customers to use our products safely and responsibly. Please follow all instructions and safety precautions provided with your product and available on our website. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage for which we cannot be held liable. Any refunds or replacements resulting from such issues are subject to our discretion.

Damaged Items

We package all items carefully to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Packages with cosmetic damage during transit (e.g., dented boxes) where the product remains intact are not considered damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us with a clear photo of the damage. We will determine your eligibility for a free replacement.
We do not refund or accept returns of items damaged due to regular use, wear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen transit issues. If you encounter a delivery issue, please contact the courier directly for support.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels.
